Assistant Manager
1. Responsible to ensure timely production according to production plan
2. Ensure timely and error free finished-production parts.
3. Monitor and control raw material issuance according to Store Requisition to different production sections
4. Monitor semi-finished products (work-in-process) receiving/issuance to/from store according to production plan
5. Assists higher production management in process control and quality control
6. All other duties assigned by higher production management
Management Trainee Officer
1. Assist Manager to evaluate energy requirement and arrange for adequate energy supply to meet these needs
2. Assist Manager to ensure that emissions (generators/boiler) are controlled in order to meet environmental standards.
3. Plan and daily regular routine checks for air compressor on daily basis like all filters cleaning.
4. In case of some unavoidable shutdown, ensure that alternative air compressor is available so that the production process is not hampered
5. Assist Manager in ensuring maintenance of waste water treatment plant through the external service provider
